We all know this is something we must do, yet we don’t do.  I never used to do this until recently when Lauren got me onto the habit.  No only does it aid in weight-loss, but it’s also good for your skin and adequate hydration improves your energy levels.  You would be surprised how dehydrated you get through out your day if you don’t pay attention to your fluid in take. Drink more water! Yes, water, coffee and juice don’t count.
